Demonstration Dynamo   (EE - 679)

This model uses the same basic assembly as the motor, but is mounted on a base plate 230 x 90mm approx., which also carries a hand drive pulley 120mm dia. coupled to the smaller dynamo pulley by a rubber belt to give a step-up ratio. Electrical output is via a pair of 4mm sockets and a light emitting diode is provided as simple output indicator. The model may also be used as a motor on a 6-8V D.C. supply.

Roentgen X-Ray tube   (EE - 684)

Consists of cathode ray tube. Cathode rays from cathode are allowed to fall on a high density, high atomic weight material say, Tungsten. Under reflection the cathode rays are converted into x-rays. Works on 10 cm spark gap induction coil. The x-rays produced are soft x-ray but must be prohibited for over exposure.

Comprises a glass sphere with concave disc electrode generating cathode rays and focus on a tungsten target placed at 45° angle, at the inner end of arm exactly opposite.

Reflected Cathode Rays Tube   (EE - 688)

One cathode disc at lowest side in front of upper side convex anode which acts as reflector and the cathode disc coated with fluorescent materials is biased so as to receive the ions from anode then the cathode shall glow under the impact. When the current is reversed the glow becomes very bright showing the direct impact of cathode.
