Miniature Hoist (MC-1116)

It is to illustrate the principle of mechanical advantage as applied to pulley systems. It is used where lifting of heavy loads is desired. It consists of two pulley blocks. A safety locking device in the upper block enables the load to be held at any height without slipping. 20 metres of Nylon rope is supplied along with to give a maximum of 2.5 mtr. safe working of load upto 150kg.
