Power Supply E.H.T.

The unit provides a continuously variable E.H.T. output from
0 to 5KV d.c. with a low voltage output of 6.3volt d.c. and
is ideal for vacuum tubes etc.
This unit uses a low voltage transistor inverter circuit and
E.H.T. transformer. The high a.c. voltage is rectified and
smoothened. A meter calibrated 0 to 5KV is connnected to
control output voltage.
Output: E.H.T. 0 to 5KV d.c. continuously variable. Terminal
output voltage indicated by meter. Max short circuit current
is safelt at 3mA. A heater supply 6.3V a.c. at 4A is fully
isolated & insulated for 5KV
Protection: Mains 500mA antisurge fuse. Output overload
protected, E.H.T. max current limited to 3mA. |
