With twin lamps for failure-free presentation
: Two lamps have been installed so that if
one bulb fuses at any time, a turn of the
knob will light the second bulb within 2 seconds.
Any interuption during the presentation is

PLATINUM RESISTANCE THERMOMETER
Enclosed
in pyrex glass tube or aluminium tube of approximately
30 cms long & 2 cms diameter. A
fine platinum wire is wound on the mica.
Its resistance is approximately 2.8 ohms.
Two compensatory leads are connected to four
terminals on a square block. The terminals
are marked CL and PL to represent compensating
and platinum leads.

RESISTANCE COILS
The series
of Resistance Coils, Standard Resistance Boxes.
Post Office Boxes manufactured by us meet
the requirement in accuracy and rigidity of
the practical classes. The coils are
non-inductively wound on bakelite spools.
The resistance wires used are of the best
quality with a low temperature coefficient.
They are through varnish, insulated and dried.
All the coils are used after proper againing
and made impervious to moisture effects.
All the coils are calibrated on imported Testing
Bridge W.G.Pye & Co., England.
