Ray Optics and Colour Mixing Box

It comprises a double ended metal box to enable two sets of students work independently with the same box. Side apertures are provided for colour mixing experiments and have blanking plates, when the side apertures not in use.
This kit is very useful for reflection, refraction and colour mixing experiments. The light box consists of a light source (12V, 24W lamp) producing convergent, divergent, or parallel beam. On one end, an adjustable cylindrical convex lens (for parallel beam) and on the other end, a triple aperture system for colour mixing experiments (lateral aperture are provided with adjustable hinged mirror). All apertures in the box are provided with vertical channels to hold slits plates and colour filters. The optical set includes:
a) 8 acrylic blocks
b) Set of three mirrors
c) One black plate with three narrow slits at one end and
one narrow slit at other end.
d) One black plate with five narrow slits at one end and
one wide slit at the other end.
e) Set of seven mounted different colour filters.
f) Set of seven different colour cards
